Important Notice on Purchases, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
If you have taken out a subscription or made an in-app purchase via the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, management, cancellation, and refund requests are generally handled via the respective store provider.
For questions about the app itself or if something does not work as expected technically, you can of course still contact us at any time: hallo@mamaklar.de

To help us assist you faster, it is helpful if you briefly let us know – where possible:
• which device you are using
• whether you use iPhone or Android
• which app version you are using
• what exactly happened
• whether an error message was displayed
